Creekside Terrace Pool Rules & Use

The Creekside Terrace pool, spa, and BBQ area is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily for residents' use. Capacity is limited to 45 people. Use of the Creekside pool, spa, and BBQ facilities for social events and parties requires advance approval as described below, to ensure that each resident may enjoy these facilities.

Residents are required to observe the following rules -

  1. All persons using the pool and spa do so strictly at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries. There is no lifeguard on duty.
  2. The pool, spa, and BBQ areas are for Creekside Terrace residents' use only.
  3. Unsupervised use by children under the age of 14 is prohibited.
  4. Elderly people, pregnant women, infants, and those with health conditions requiring medical care should consult with a physician before entering a spa.
  5. When a Creekside Terrace resident wishes to invite others (i.e., friends, relatives, or neighbors) to the pool, spa, and BBQ areas, this is an “Event.” Each Event requires advance approval by the UCR Real Estate Services Office. Requests to reserve facilities for an Event must be filed with the Real Estate Services Office at least 10 days prior to the Event date.
  6. No food or pets are allowed in the pool area.
  7. No drinks in glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
  8. No running or rough play is allowed in the pool area.
  9. No lewd or inappropriate behavior is allowed in the pool area.
  10. Do not use the pool or spa while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, drugs, or medicines.
  11. Furniture may not be removed from the fenced pool area or submerged in the water.
  12. Unnecessary noise is not permitted.
  13. Diving is allowed only in designated areas.
  14. Please lock the restrooms and turn off outside showers when not in use.
  15. The UCR Real Estate Services Office reserves the right to deny use of the pool at any time.

Please contact the Real Estate Services Office if you have questions about pool use or are unsure about whether a particular poolside activity is allowed. Residents are encouraged to report any problems to the Real Estate Services Office. Concerns by residents about the pool use will be addressed quickly.
