UCR Real Estate Services (RES) through its Real Estate Development and Portfolio Management functions, is responsible for supporting the needs of Campus departments by facilitating the development of Real Estate Projects, Joint Ventures, Public-Private Partnership (P3 real estate development) and Ground Lease developments in addition to the management of the Campus portfolio of existing leased facilities.
