UCR Real Estate Services (RES) is responsible for leasing Campus-owned housing accommodations to faculty and staff at the Creekside Terrace and Redington communities. The following faculty and staff are eligible to lease (in priority order):

1. Newly appointed members of the Academic Senate
2. Existing members of the Academic Senate
3. Newly hired non-Senate Academic Personnel, non-Senate Senior Management Group staff (SMG), and Managers and Senior Professional Staff (MSP)
4. Existing non-Senate Academic Personnel, non-Senate SMG staff, and MSP staff
5. Other University staff
